Important notice:
Terrazas del Duque II is a residential complex, and as such good and reasonable behaviour is required by owners and their guests. For example, inflatables should not be used in the pool, ball games should not be played in the pool or the pool area, food and drinks should not be taken to the pool, especially drinks in glass bottles or in glasses, household rubbish bags should not be left in the poolside bins, everyone must use the showers before entering the pool, and not walk around the corridors in swimming suits. Nudism and topless for ladies is forbidden at the pool. Sunbeds cannot be reserved by putting a towel on them, and then disappearing. There are clear signs around the pool of the main rules to follow and these rules must be complied with. As concerns noise, there should not be noise after 11 PM at night. If these rules are respected, everyone in the complex will live in better harmony. Thank you.

The General Assembly took place on 28 December 2009 at the Grand Hotel Costa Adeje. Only 16 persons were physically present, among which 3 couples. The president for the past 3 years, Ms. Dominique Blanvillain, explained that she did not want to run for a 4th mandate, although she would be part of the Committee for the year 2010.
The new president for the year 2010 is Ms. Gail Ryan. The vice-president is Mr. Philipp Orr. Mr. Melguizo stays as administrator.

Ms. Gail Ryan and Mr. Philipp Orr have been reconducted as President and Vice-President for the year 2011. Mr. Melguizo stays as administrator.
