Terrazas del Duque II was built in the prestigious area of El Duque, in South Tenerife. It is a beautiful complex, with three receptions, two entries, one in Calle Helsinki, and one in Calle Agando, with 2 heated swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.
All apartments have beautiful views, as the complex is built in such a way as to allow every single apartment to have a beautiful view. There are lifts to all floors: 2 main lifts in the main reception (Calle Helsinki) and 15 other lifts in all the other sectors.
There is a receptionist, and a very effective 24 hour video surveillance (over 20 cameras installed everywhere), and several employees (check the personnel page).
This website gives information about the Community of owners, and is also for everyone who wishes to know what is happening in our beautiful complex.
